All Sales Final – No Returns or Refunds

All sales at Bolt Peptides are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or dissatisfaction with results.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at boltpeptides@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been submitted, as we begin processing immediately.
